| Carl is fantastic. I called in with what I thought to be a large problem. He calmed me down, said that before proceeding with any repairs, TRS would do an inspection. Long story short, what I thought was the problem wasn't and we had the correct repairs completed. Really respect the honesty and integrity that Carl has and the quality of work that the technicians are capable of. |
